Sunset Sounds & Vibes is a rain or shine event. The venue includes both indoor and outdoor experiences. In the event of light rain, the show will continue as scheduled. Severe weather or emergency situations will be monitored closely with guest safety as the top priority. Guests are encouraged to: Dress appropriately for summer weather Stay hydrated throughout the event

Guests will have access to: 8–10 Food Trucks Cocktail Bars Beer, Wine & Premium Spirits VIP Food & Beverage Experiences Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved for medical or dietary reasons. No outside alcohol will be allowed inside the venue. Please support our vendors and sponsors throughout the event.

The following items are NOT permitted: Outside alcoholic beverages Illegal substances Weapons of any kind Bag Chairs Large coolers Glass containers Fireworks Drones Laser pointers Professional cameras/video equipment without media credentials Tents or oversized umbrellas Smoking inside indoor venue areas Unauthorized vending or solicitation Security reserves the right to inspect all bags and personal items upon entry.

Medical personnel and first aid support will be available on-site throughout the event. If you or someone near you requires assistance: Notify security immediately Visit the designated medical station Contact event staff for support Guests attending with medical needs are encouraged to plan ahead and stay hydrated during the event.

All guests will receive event credentials and/or wristbands based on ticket type. Wristbands are: Required for entry Required for VIP access areas Non-transferable Must remain on at all times Lost or damaged wristbands may not be replaced. Any tampered wristbands will be confiscated.

Suggested attire includes: Summer linen Upscale casual Stylish evening attire The following are discouraged: Offensive clothing Excessively revealing attire Athletic gym wear Clothing promoting violence or hate speech Management reserves the right to deny entry based on inappropriate attire.
